Authorized Training Center Policy

  1. Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) operate as independent entities under authorization granted by NSYC.
  2. Authorization does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment or ownership relationship between NSYC and the Training Center.
  3. Training Centers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, quality standards and operational guidelines issued by NSYC.
  4. Centers shall maintain proper student records, attendance records, fee records and training documentation.
  5. Misrepresentation, fraudulent admissions, fake certifications, unauthorized fee collection or misuse of NSYC branding may result in immediate suspension or termination.
  6. NSYC reserves the right to conduct inspections, audits, quality reviews and compliance checks.
  7. Authorization may be suspended, revoked or not renewed at the sole discretion of NSYC in cases of policy violations.
