National Skill Yojana Council (NSYC) is a skill development and employment initiative operated by Manju Samaj Kalyan Foundation, a Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and supported by Manju Samaj Kalyan Trust.

NSYC is not a statutory authority, government department, university established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, government regulatory council or government recruitment agency.

Any registration, listing, certification, membership, accreditation, partnership, affiliation or recognition obtained by NSYC or its supporting entities shall not be construed as government ownership, government approval or government endorsement unless expressly stated by the concerned authority.

NSYC provides education support, skill development, vocational training, certification, workforce development, employment facilitation and related services. Participation in any program does not guarantee employment, government jobs, admissions, scholarships, financial aid or income opportunities.

Students, training centers, franchise partners, employers, recruiters and users are advised to independently verify information before making decisions based on services provided by NSYC.

NSYC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, program, fee structure, policy or operational process without prior notice.
